Payments ~ All room rates are subject to the Curry County Transient Lodging Tax & the State of Oregon Bed Tax. We accept all major credit cards, one of which you will need to provide, as well as driver's license information, at the time of your booking. A deposit equal to one night's stay will be collected when you place your reservation. The payment for the remainder of your stay will be required 14 days prior to your arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival will require payment in full at the time of your booking. When booking the entire home full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations ~ Deposits for individual rooms are refundable, less a $25 service fee, at least 15 days prior to your arrival. Deposits for cancellations for individual rooms, within 14 days of your arrival, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. When reserving the entire home, the full amount of your deposit/stay is refundable, less a $25 service fee, at least 31 days prior to your arrival. When reserving the entire home, the full amount of your deposit/stay is non-refundable within 30 days of your arrival. Deposits for stays longer than 7 nights are refundable, less a $25 service fee, at least 31 days prior to your arrival. Deposits for cancellations for stays longer than 7 nights are non-refundable within 30 days of your arrival.
Check In ~ Check in time is 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Due to the fact we are a family owned & operated inn, we appreciate your estimated time of arrival, so that we are sure to be here to greet you properly. If you anticipate arriving later than 8:00 pm, please let us know so that we can make alternate arraignments for your check in.
Check Out ~ Check out time is 10 am. Late check outs will be charged at a rate of $25/hour.
Occupancy ~ Room rates are based on double occupancy. There are no discounts for single occupancy. Our rooms are designed to have a maximum of two guests per room, however, a portable crib &/or cot for up to two children 8 & under, is available at a rate of $20/night each which would include our continental style breakfast for each child.
Length of Stay ~ We do not have a minimum night requirement as a rule, however, we reserve that right for select holidays, weekends, &/or special events. Our maximum length of stay is 7 nights. Stays longer than 7 nights will require prior approval.
Housekeeping ~ Housekeeping service is not provided on a daily basis. Your room will not be entered unless you request a specific service. Sheets & towels are refreshed between guests or once a week, for longer stay reservations.
Eating & Drinking ~ We request no eating &/or drinking of anything other than water in the rooms. Our kitchen, dining room & outdoor areas are available to you at all times during your stay.
Public/Private Areas ~ Please be advised that you are renting a private room, in a shared home. The owners live on the property & all of the public areas are shared not only with them, but potentially with other guests. If you would like to book the entire home, you may do so with prior approval. Locked owner's areas are not accessible to guests at any time.
Quite Times ~ If you are booking only a private room, please be courteous to our other guests. We ask that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 pm & 6:00 am. If you are booking the entire home, these times do not apply.
Losses &/or Damages ~ Guests are liable for any loss, damage &/or personal injury you may incur, or cause, while on the premises. We do not accept any responsibly for any loss, damage &/or personal injury any guest incurs, or causes, while staying with us.
Pet Policy ~ There are currently two outdoor cats & two indoor/outdoor dogs on the premises. As we grow, there will be additional pets/farm animals added. Although we are considering allowing your pets to stay with us as well, this option is not currently available.
Additional Policies, Procedures & Rules may be added at any time & will apply to your stay whether or not they were listed here at the time of your booking.
